The G35 X-ray system specialises in the inspection of rigid containers such as glass bottles, jars, and metal cans.
The G35 x-ray inspection system which inspects tall, rigid containers such as bottles, is the sister product to the G30 x-ray system which inspects small, rigid containers. The two systems share many similarities, the main difference being the size of product that they inspect.
Dual linear array technology which is unrivalled for its sensitivity, speed, and sophistication, is a key feature of both the G30 and the G35. This dual detector technology ensures that very thin materials are detected, such as a thin shard of glass within a thick glass container.
As with the G30, the G35 is designed to adapt to the processing needs of your product and can be built with a conveyor. Alternatively, the G35 can be integrated with your existing conveyor which is useful for glass jars and bottles eliminating the problems that arise with transfer from one conveyor to another.
