Once your system is installed, our experienced and friendly team is available to support you for the lifetime of your system. All our service contracts offer equal priority and all provide an equally high quality of service. We guarantee a call-back within 2 hours for telephone queries and we will be on-site the next day when required. Our service team will remote access your machines where applicable to diagnose issues promptly and take steps to fix them. Remote diagnosis is included in all our service contract options.
Regardless of which service contract you choose, you will receive a 12-month warranty on all new x-ray inspection systems covering workmanship and components (exclusive of regular wear and tear).
Parts are stocked in-house so we are able to respond quickly to parts maintenance needs and recommended spares stock are available to purchase.
We offer a range of service contract options including BRONZE, SILVER, and after the first year, a comprehensive GOLD option . New installation quotations are normally packaged with a Silver contract to complement the parts warranty. An overview of packages is below.
