Business Development Executive

Forming the new Commercial Team, our Business Development Managers are technical commercial specialists eager to develop new customers and drive revenue growth as part of a small, successful business during its growth phase.
- Manage and nurture relationships with our Distributor and OEM network, enabling sustained growth from these channels.
- Drive revenue growth from new business development within the food and beverage processing, cosmetic manufacturing and engineering industries.
- Represent the brand and business at exhibitions and networking events both in the UK and abroad.
- Provide a knowledgeable, consultative and solution led relationship to customers that reflects the company’s identity.
- Deliver against commercial targets and KPI’s, provide commercial tracking and order processing according to company practice.
- Commercially driven.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Working experience or knowledge with either food and beverage manufacturing or the pharmaceutical industries.
- Ability to communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise way.
This role requires travel throughout the UK and therefore a full UK driving license is imperative when applying for this role.
You will based from our Head Office near Royston, Hertfordshire.
